Quarterly Windows 10 Updates

This event type is for scheduling the installation of the latest set of Prism Controls tested updates for a single Windows 10 Prism Controls PC.

Requirements:
The update may only be scheduled during the shown available times.
Only one PC may be updated in a single appointment.
The customer operator must be present to supervise the update.
The PC must already have Windows 10; this is not for upgrading Windows 7 PCs to Windows 10. The operating system version can be checked by typing winver in the start menu and pressing Enter; the operating system version will be displayed. To upgrade existing Adlink MXC-6400 and Advantech Ark model Prism Controls Windows 7 PCs to Windows 10, please email sales@prismcontrols.com. Dell model users must purchase new Prism Controls PC hardware to run Windows 10.
